The Role

We’re looking for a Team Lead to jump in, lead by example, and help keep things running smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with the team while also stepping up when needed — opening/closing, floating between shops, and supporting the crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve guests, prep food, and keep things clean
• Open/close the shop and lead shifts
• Train new teammates & support the team
• Float between locations (they're all super close)
• Talk directly with the CEO/COO about day-to-day business
